R.R. Donnelley Acquires Canadian Printer

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co. will acquire Canadian Bank Note Co.'s financial printing assets and operations for an undisclosed sum.

The deal includes facilities in Toronto and Montreal. The deal will close later this month.
