Publicis to Acquire Digitas for $1.3 Billion

Publicis Groupe will acquire Digitas Inc. for $1.3 billion.

David Kenny, chairman/CEO of Digitas will join Publicis' executive committee and oversee the agency's entire interactive and digital strategy.

After this acquisition, digital and interactive operations will represent approximately 15% of Publicis' total revenue
