CommercePlanet to Acquire Iventa Corp.

Commerce Planet Inc. will acquire Iventa Corp. for an undisclosed sum.

This acquisition will greatly expand the company's software development capabilities with the addition of a 24-hour, 30-person programming team in the U.S. and India, according to CommercePlanet.
