CMGI Acquires Open Channel for $24. 5 Million

CMGI Inc., a supply chain management services firm, will acquire Open Channel Solutions Inc. for $24.5 million.

OCS's Poetic software will reportedly enhance ModusLink, CMGI's supply chain services business, by facilitating physical and electronic delivery of digital content.

OCS is expected to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of CMGI.
