Brokers Worldwide LLC, a provider of international and domestic mail services, has acquired The Mailing House, Inc., a lettershop, printing and fulfillment company. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
"The addition of The Mailing House will uniquely position us to provide a single-source mail preparation and distribution solution to our customers in California and throughout the US," said Michael Hastings, CEO of Philadelphia-based Brokers Worldwide, in a statement.
The Mailing House operations and staff will remain in Bell, California. The current General Manager, Karl Nickenig, the company's general manager, will continue to manage The Mailing House's operations.
