Banta Corp. has named Alison Heisler vice president and
chief customer officer.
She joined Banta from Accenture where she worked as a consultant in the customer relationship management division. Before that, she spent nine years with Michelin North America Inc., where she attained the position of vice president, marketing, consumer tire division.
