Data services firm Acxiom Corp. has acquired Equitec, a Cleveland-OH based retail merchandising firm. Terms for this transaction have not been disclosed.
All the principals of Equitec have been retained to lead Acxiom's retail market growth strategies. The two firms have worked together since 1999.
Equitec brings Acxiom client relationships with Black & Decker, Home Depot, General Electric, KB Home, Masco Corp., among others.
