Database agency Merkle has hired Chris Crayner to serve as senior VP of customer management strategy. Crayner’s responsibilities include developing market strategy for Merkle clients.
Crayner joins Merkle from The Walt Disney Company, where he held technology-related positions in brand and customer relationship management, as well as its business intelligence operations. Crayner was most recently vice president of global customer managed relationships at Disney Parks and Resorts in Orlando.
Before joining Disney, Crayner was the director of e-business and marketing, technical service at Bristol Myers Squibb Co. At Bristol-Myers, he led the company’s e-business strategy.
