Loyalty 360, The Loyalty Marketer’s Association, has hired Jim Lott as vice president of sales.

He is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, building the association’s membership base, and increasing participation in event, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities available through Loyalty 360.

Most recently, Lott worked for the Word of Mouth Marketing Association, where we was responsible for developing and selling WOMMA’s sponsorship and advertising programs and member recruiting.

Prior to joining WOMMA, Lott worked for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts where he was responsible for managing program strategy, communications and operations for Gold Passport, the award-winning global loyalty marketing program. Before that he worked for the Quaker Oats Co. where he developed sales forecasts, product tracking programs, and other market research projects for the ready-to-eat cereals division.

“We’ve grown our membership and sponsorship base by more than 100% over the past year,” Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty 360 said in a release. “With Jim leading our sales efforts, we are positioned to continue this explosive growth to become the leading think-tank in the areas of loyalty, engagement, retention and customer experience.”

The Loyalty Marketer’s Association addresses both customer and employee loyalty issues, including industry metrics, market driven research, case studies, and networking opportunities.
