Alaska Airlines Names Navin Mithel Managing Director of CRM

Navin Mithel has joined Alaska Airlines as managing director of customer relationship management. Mithel’s responsibilities include coordinating the airline’s interactive marketing programs, including its online marketing, e-mail targeted campaigns and Web sites.

Mithel was most recently a managing partner at Ascentium Corp. an interactive marketing firm. He also spent 12 years with Lante Corp. as a software developer. At Lante, he also founded and managed the company’s New York office.
