Marke Communications, a direct marketing and design agency, has acquired Farrar & Farrar and AGA Marketing and Design, two New York-based full-service catalog and retail advertising agencies.
Terms were not disclosed.
Farrar principals Peter Farrar and Carol Estrich along with AGA principals Andy Russell and Sal Ferraro have joined Marke's management team, maintaining all current client relationships and supporting future business growth. Employees of both agencies have moved into Marke's New York offices.
