Five finalists in Finlandia Cheese's Great Sandwich Recipe contest take a turn behind the counter of the New York City deli. The winner gets a spot on Carnegie's menu and a trip to the Sandwich Islands: Hawaii. Parsippany, NJ-based Finlandia handles the contest, which drew 3,000 entries.
