Tween Brands Taken Off NYSE Watch List

Tween Brands, Inc., the apparel direct marketer and retailer, said Thursday it received notification from the New York Stock Exchange that it is now back in compliance with its listing standards and will be removed from its watch list.

The New Albany, OH firm said it will be subject to a 12-month follow-up period to ensure that it remains in compliance with these standards.

In June, women’s clothing retailer Dress Barn acquired Tween in an all-stock deal worth $157 million. Click for more http://directmag.com/catalogretail/news/dress-barn-tween-rbands-0629/index.html
