Frederick’s Of Hollywood Changes Agreement With Consultant Chairman

Frederick's of Hollywood Group Inc. will terminate its agreement with Performance Enhancement Partners LLC, effective May 23.

Under the terms of the agreement, Performance Enhancement Partners provided the services of Peter Cole to serve as its executive chairman.

While Cole will continue to serve as a member of the board, Thomas Lynch, the Company's CEO and a director, has been appointed to replace Cole as chairman.

Lynch, together with Linda LoRe, the company's president, will lead the company.
