Delia’s reported a net loss of $1.3 million for the third quarter, compared to net income of $3.5 million last year.
The New York company posted revenue of $59.7 million for the quarter ended Oct. 31, an increase over $56.9 million in the prior year.

The company reported a direct marketing operating loss of $700,000 for the quarter, compared to a net loss of $1 million last year.
The firm reported direct marketing gross profit of $10.9 million, 44.5% of revenue, for the quarter, compared to $11.3 million, 46.3% of revenue in the prior year.,
Management attributed these results primarily to increased clearance pricing.
