USPS Money Woes Worsening

Once again, the cash-strapped U.S. Postal Service is apparently beset by problems beyond its control.

On the one hand, the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) found that catalogs are not pulling their weight cost-wise under the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act of 2006 (PAEA). This, according to the PRC, could lead to massive postage increases going forward.
