VerticalResponse Inc. and BigContacts have joined to provide a suite of offerings to small businesses.
The arrangement links the on-demand e-mail marketing, online survey and direct mail capabilities of VerticalResponse with BigContacts’ Web-based CRM systems. The business plan calls for the joint offerings to be provided on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Once a small business’s managers have accumulated customer data in BigContacts, they can filter and sort by any criteria they like and then package the results into segmented lists for highly-targeted email campaigns. The lists are then automatically published on VerticalResponse’s platform for future management and outreach. There is no cost for storage.
