Entiera has named analytical marketing expert Ramin Mikaili as senior VP of professional services. Entiera provides marketing automation software.
Mikaili’s background includes creating profit-making customer relationship solutions for businesses in the communications, retail, consumer packaged goods, financial services and numerous other industries. He has more than 21 years’ experience in developing and employing advanced information management and analytical techniques.
Before joining Entiera, Mikaili was a partner at Accenture, a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. AT Accenture, he led the segmentation and analytics practice of its customer relationship management division.
Prior to that, Mikaili was a scientist at the Argonne Lab of the University of Chicago, where he developed technical architecture, algorithms, and applications based on advanced numerical and artificial intelligence techniques.
Entiera offers campaign management and automation; event based marketing, marketing analytics, predictive modeling and direct access to its business and consumer prospect database.
